GENERAL INFORMATION
Check in/ check out
Hotel night begins at 2:00 p.m. and ends at noon on the next day.
Your guests
The Guests’ visitors after 10:00 p.m. are kindly requested to check-in at the reception using their ID card.
Cleaning service
Cleaning service in the rooms is provided between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If you do not wish to have the room cleaned, please hang the ‘Please do not disturb’ tag on the door handle.
Reception
Reception is open 24 hours a day. Dial 9 to contact reception from your room.
Smoking
All of the rooms and public areas in the hotel are non – smoking.
INROOM AMENITIES
Bottled water
Bottled water is available free of charge in your room and at the reception for an additional fee. There are two bottles of water with capacity - 0,5 l. We inform that tap water is safe to drink.
Electric outlets
All electrical sockets work when the key card is inserted into the power switch slot, which is located inside the front door to the room. If you require use of an electrical socket while out of the room, each room has one with
a permanent power supply. This is the socket located by the desk.

Internet
In order to log on to the wireless internet (Wi-Fi), simply click on the “Internet Access” icon at the bottom right
of your laptop screen and then select the “Bonum” Wi-Fi. When you attempt to connect to any website, you will be prompted to enter login details. These are as follows: login: “Bonum”; password: www.hotelbonum.pl
It is also possible to connect to the internet via network cable (available on request from reception, should you require one) and again, when you try to connect to any website simply enter the same login details given above.
If you encounter any difficulties with connecting to or using the hotel internet, please contact reception immediately. Technical service and assistance is provided 24/7.
Additional toiletries
Hairdryer is located in your bathroom. In the closet, there are: sewing kit, clothes brush, shoehorn, shoe shine sponge.
COMMUNICATION
Telephone
Telephone calls are connected between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and one unit costs 1 PLN for connecting with landline phone in Poland. Price-list of other connections available at the reception. If you wish your calls to be put through at other times, please leave a message at the reception.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m.
It can be also delivered to your room without any extra charge
Coffee/ tea maker
A coffee/ tea maker and supplies are available in your room.
Snacks
Available at the reception 24 h a day. Room Service. Coffee bar.
FINANCES
Safe deposit box
We recommend to leave valuables in safe, which is in your room or in the safe deposit box at the reception.

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners and Maestro.

Complimentary toiletries
For your convenience, complimentary toiletries such as razor, shaving cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, sanitary napkins and shower caps are available at no charge at the reception.
We also have additional duvets, pillows, soap, shampoo, towels, electrical adapters, phone chargers, heaters, seatings, clothes hangers, which are also available at the reception.
Electrical fans
Electrical fan is available in Reception on request.
Iron and ironing board
An iron and ironing board may be obtained free of charge by contacting Reception.
Wake up service
To schedule a wake up call, please contact our reception.
Luggage assistance and storage
Luggage assistance and storage after checking out (up to 6 hours) is available at the reception.
Laundry service
To use laundry service fill in the ‘Laundry form’, which is placed in the closet, put the laundry in the laundry bag (also in the closet) and leave it in the room or at the reception. If you leave the laundry till 3:00 p.m, it will be delivered on the next day.
Parking
The hotel is located in the Old Twon Special Paid Parking Zone.
The paid zone is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and payments can be made at the parking meter.

BUSINESS AMENITIES
Photocopy/ printing/
Photocopy and printing service is available at the Reception. First three copied/ printed pages are free of charge, each next page costs 1 PLN. Fax is available at our Reception.
EMERGENCIES (FIRE AND MEDICAL)
First aid kit is available at the reception.
For any emergency please dial 9 immediately, to inform reception.
You can also, to obtain outside help for any emergency (fire, medical, police): dial 0 (for an outside call),
then nr 112.
To call a doctor to the hotel, please contact our reception.
If you see a fire, please inform our reception (nr 9) and/ or start the alarm switch, located on the hall. Then, use the escape route and go the back of the hotel.
